These terms cover your use of this website. The work itself — what we install, for what price, under what warranty — is governed by the written quote you accept, not by this page. Where the two ever differ, your signed quote wins.

Estimates and quotes

Submitting the estimate form is a request, not a booking, and it does not create a contract. Nothing on this website is a binding offer or a fixed price. A price becomes firm when Buzz Lighting issues you a written quote, and that quote states what it covers and how long it stands.

Accuracy of this website

We have written this site to be accurate and we do not publish figures we cannot stand behind. Product specifications, rated life and warranty terms come from the manufacturer of the fixture specified for your property and are provided with your quote — they are the manufacturer’s figures, not ours. Descriptions of services on this site are general; what applies to your property is what is written on your quote.

Illustrations

The interactive house on this site is an illustration used to demonstrate how the product behaves. It is not a photograph of a completed installation and it is not a representation of how any particular property will look.

Property access and suitability

Installation depends on safe access and on the condition of the surfaces we are fixing to. If we find on site that a property is not suitable for the work as quoted, we will tell you before proceeding and revise or withdraw the quote rather than work around it.

Third-party approvals

Where a property is subject to a homeowners’ association, a condominium corporation, a heritage designation or any other rule about exterior alterations, obtaining that approval is the property owner’s responsibility.
